Join us for a guided SUP Yoga experience at scenic Plum Orchard Lake, where tranquility meets adventure. Designed for all levels of yoga and paddleboarding, this class blends the serenity of yoga with the gentle movement of the water for a unique mind-body experience.
Your journey begins with a quick introduction to paddleboarding from our certified SUP instructor, ensuring you feel confident and balanced on your board. From there, we’ll paddle to a secluded cove, drop anchor, and let our certified Yoga instructor lead a 45-minute class surrounded by the calm beauty of the lake.
After class, enjoy some extra time to relax on the water or paddle at your own pace before heading back to shore. It’s the perfect way to connect with nature, your body, and your breath — all while floating on the peaceful waters of West Virginia.
All equipment provided: boards, paddles, life vests, anchors, and certified instructors.

Cancelation Policy / Weather
Life happens and we understand!
If you have to cancel more than 4 days from your scheduled trip you will receive a refund minus the nonrefundable credit card booking fees or the option to rebook your trip. If canceled less than 4 but more than 24 hours before you may receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule your trip. There is no refund if canceled within 24 hour of your trip or if you no show.
Trips are rain or shine, but we do try our best to work with you to find the best weather window for the day if it works for you. We do not run trips if there is lightning within 10miles. If a trip is canceled by Mountain Surf Paddle Sports due to weather or minimum not met you will receive a FULL refund, or the option to reschedule.
